Medical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented **Medical Assembler** to support cleanroom production and warehouse operations. In this role, you will assemble medical components, maintain strict cleanliness standards, and ensure accurate movement and tracking of materials using warehouse management systems. You will also collaborate closely with production operators, manufacturing assistants, and material handlers to keep production lines fully supplied. This position requires strong attention to detail, precise documentation skills, and the ability to support less‑experienced team members when needed.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble medical products and components according to detailed specifications, diagrams, and work instructions
+ Operate and maintain small hand tools and assembly equipment safely
+ Package finished medical devices in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
+ Work in a full cleanroom environment, following contamination‑control and safety protocols
+ Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure accuracy, quality, and functionality
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any discrepancies immediately
+ Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and departmental goals
+ Safely operate stretch wrappers and use warehouse management systems to track inventory and locations
+ Understand and follow documentation procedures for moving materials, including forklift operations
+ Assist less‑experienced material handlers as needed
+ Maintain an organized, accurate, and orderly warehouse inventory
Essential Skills
+ Experience working in cleanroom environments
+ Understanding of medical device packaging standards
+ Strong hand‑dexterity and ability to follow precise instructions
+ Ability to perform all required gowning and cleanroom procedures
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Comfortable standing for the entire shift
+ Ability to provide two professional references

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
