Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly, interfacing with production operators and technicians, and ensuring product manufacturing meets stringent standards.

Responsibilities

+ Develop detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly.

+ Interface with production operators and technicians to establish manufacturing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification.

+ Interpret technical documentation such as schematics, engineering drawings, customer-controlled specifications, and military/industry standards.

+ Support the implementation of key matrices and present data/information to department operations.

+ Monitor trends in quality data, execute corrective actions, and identify continual improvement opportunities.

+ Optimize process efficiency and effectiveness through collaboration with production operators, supervisors, and technicians.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline preferred.

+ 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering-related role.

+ Proficiency in root cause analysis, process improvement, and continuous improvement.

+ Experience with manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and SolidWorks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in regulated environments such as government, aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial sectors.

+ US citizenship required; no visa or sponsorship available.

You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and work within a team of engineers and technicians. Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Waseca, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
