Job Title: TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical products. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to train team members and develop work instructions, ensuring our product offerings reach the highest standards of quality, reliability, and value.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble and test electromechanical products while carefully following work instructions.

+ Troubleshoot small electromechanical products and processes.

+ Interpret engineering prints and schematics.

+ Develop and interpret production documents such as work instructions and checklists.

+ Train production employees on safety, quality, and processes.

+ Support all safety and quality initiatives including 5S, ESD, and FOD.

+ Assist in process improvements.

+ Perform other related duties as required.

Essential Skills

+ Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or relevant technical degree.

+ 1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Experience with electromechanical products and mechanical assembly.

+ Proficiency in industrial panel wiring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with precision instrumentation and complex electromechanical systems preferred.

+ Candidates with 3+ years of experience will be considered.

+ Current students able to work part or full-time on contract will also be considered.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean manufacturing facility that operates at a fast pace. Hours are from 7 am to 4 pm, with overtime required at times. A 30-minute lunch break is provided, along with small breaks throughout the day. The robotics industry is growing, and this role offers potential room for growth. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PITTSBURGH, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
