Job Title: Research AssociateJob Description

As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for conducting research development and manufacturing laboratory experimentation and other scientific activities to support various projects. You will utilize your technical expertise and discretion in the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments that contribute to project strategies. Additionally, you will prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses, and present and discuss results within the department and project team.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct research development and manufacturing laboratory experimentation.

+ Design, execute, and interpret experiments contributing to project strategies.

+ Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.

+ Present and discuss experimental results within the department and project team.

+ Maintain a high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature.

+ Participate in conferences and professional societies as needed.

+ Follow company policies and procedures for GMP, GLP, Design Control, and others as appropriate.

+ Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files.

+ Act as a principal investigator in conducting your own experiments.

Essential Skills

+ Expertise in biologics and laboratory environments.

+ Experience working in a regulated environment.

+ Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience.

+ Proficiency with wet lab and biological techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in wet lab and biological techniques is ideal.

+ Ability to maintain professional expertise through engagement with scientific literature.

Work Environment

This position is based on-site and requires working in a regulated laboratory environment. The role involves utilizing cutting-edge laboratory equipment and maintaining high standards of laboratory documentation and electronic files. Dress code is professional and aligns with safety standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oro Valley, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
