    Job Title: Production Team Leader** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader who possesses the ability to manage teams across multiple departments within a manufacturing and warehousing facility. This role requires the capability to train and evaluate employees based on their work results and oversee the accurate receiving of incoming materials, ensuring 100% count accuracy and correct location recording in SAP both physically and digitally.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage teams across several departments within the manufacturing and warehousing facility.

    + Train and evaluate employees based on their work results.

    + Ensure the correct receiving and recording of incoming materials with a 100% count accuracy in SAP.

    + Oversee the completion of Material Request Forms according to demand requirements.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in supervision and management within manufacturing and warehousing.

    + Proficiency in SAP and warehouse management.

    + Strong understanding of safety protocols and production management.

    + Experience in continuous and process improvement.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.

     

    They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available.
