As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for creating and managing project timelines, supervising construction processes, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities
+ Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
+ Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams for timely completion.
+ Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.
+ Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.
+ Ensure adherence to OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.
+ Monitor construction work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.
+ Utilize technical software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation.
+ Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in construction management and supervision.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and architectural drawings.
+ Knowledge of OSHA compliance and construction safety standards.
+ Proficiency in using technical software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project.
+ Strong project management and quality control skills.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.00/hr.
