We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Construction Manager to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to live anywhere in the continental USA while working on-site in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and South Carolina. The position involves working with a reputable Construction Management Firm/Owner's Representative, known for its exceptional treatment of employees. The project is a 12-month, $40 million commercial/data center construction in Manassas, VA, requiring timely and standard-compliant completion.
Responsibilities
+ Manage project completion to ensure it is on time and meets quality standards.
+ Handle 30% of project-related submittals and other documentation in the database.
+ Address 20% of Requests for Information (RFIs).
+ Participate in 20% of meetings, including bids, general contractor meetings, and subcontractor meetings.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience in Construction Management or Project Management.
+ 10+ years of Project Management experience if coming from the General Contractor side.
+ 5+ years of experience with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and managing vertical commercial construction projects.
+ Experience in managing general contractors on vertical commercial construction projects and data centers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with commercial and data center projects is highly desirable.
Work Environment
The work is on-site, five days per week, in close collaboration with the General Contractor. The initial 12-month project will be in Manassas, VA. The role provides an opportunity to work with the #1 AI Chip Developer in the market and engage in a project featuring cutting-edge technology. The team is highly supportive, offering a collaborative and dynamic work atmosphere.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
