    Job Description

    This role supports the pharmaceutical industry at one of the largest contract manufacturing facilities for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in the world. The facility is expanding with a new Lipid Innovation Center, adding 300+ new employees to manufacture key pharmaceutical excipients for RNA-based therapies.     Responsibilities

    + Organize and manage the QA document library, ensuring technical documents are accessible.

    + Review and update technical documents such as Batch Records, SOPs, Training, and Lab Protocols to ensure accuracy in the QA library database.

    + Prepare documents for off-site/on-site storage and send them to appropriate locations as directed by the Document Services Team.

    + Purge records on shelves according to the site records retention schedule under guidance.

    + Print, issue, and coil new laboratory notebooks.

    + Process and assist in audits for document retrieval.

    + 6+ months of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) preferred

    + 6+ months of experience in a GMP environment

    + Proven ability to review and understand technical documents

    + Experience working within a QMS or other databases

    + Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or related field is a plus

    + Experience in Document Control is a plus

    Work Environment

    Consultants will work onsite, primarily in the QA office area. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility for start times between 6am and 6pm. Benefits include pay for six major holidays and two weeks of paid time off.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
