Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will primarily focus on performing preventative maintenance on various equipment within the facility, including tanks, heat treat equipment, motors, and ovens. The role involves mechanical and fabrication tasks, maintaining facility infrastructure, and engaging in project-based work.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as tanks, heat treat equipment, motors, and ovens.

+ Conduct mechanical and fabrication work, including fabricating racks and repairing broken parts.

+ Maintain and upkeep the facility, ensuring building maintenance is conducted as needed.

+ Engage in project-based work such as building new racks or refurbishing office spaces.

+ Perform facilities work including plumbing tasks and minor drywall repairs.

+ Rebuild pumps as necessary.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in industrial maintenance, particularly troubleshooting pumps.

+ Knowledge of electrical systems, specifically 3-phase 480V.

+ Fabrication experience with the ability to build racks.

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.

+ Ability to replace motors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with maintenance repair, schematic reading, and mechanical troubleshooting.

+ Skills in welding and mechanical maintenance.

+ Understanding of conveyor systems, robotics, and automation.

+ Competence in industrial maintenance, machine repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance.

Work Environment

The position is based in a manufacturing environment that is non-climate controlled. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with typical hours from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential flexibility to 4:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No weekends are required while on contract, with on-call duties expected upon transitioning to a direct hire position.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
