Job Title: Mechanical QC Tech** **Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical QC Tech to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing dimensional measurements and visual inspections of disassembled electric motors and associated parts to determine necessary repairs.
Responsibilities
+ Perform dimensional measurements and visual inspection of disassembled electric motors and associated parts to determine necessary repairs.
+ Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges to perform accurate measurements of products.
+ Verify new and repaired parts following machining against drawing or specified requirements.
+ Perform in-process surveillance and release completed motors for shipment.
+ Complete all required paperwork completely and legibly.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, quality assurance, quality inspection tools, and blueprint reading.
+ Experience with milling, lathe, mill, measuring tools, and boring mill.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school degree or equivalent.
+ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using inside and outside micrometers, dial indicators, depth micrometers, and various other testing equipment.
+ Accurate and legible recordkeeping skills.
+ Ability to work overtime as needed.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Former military mechanical technician experience is a definite plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
