    CNC Programmer/Machinist – Naples, FL

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time

     

    We're looking for a skilled and detail‑driven **CNC Programmer/Machinist** to join our precision manufacturing team in Naples, FL. This role plays a key part in producing high‑quality titanium components for advanced applications.     What You’ll Do

    + Program, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and G‑code

    + Set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixturing, and material preparation

    + Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce titanium parts to exact specifications

    + Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to ensure quality

    + Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs or setups as needed

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

    + Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and resolve issues

    What I’m Looking For

    + Minimum **3 years of CNC programming and machining experience** , ideally with titanium

    + Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T

    + Experience with CAM software such as **Mastercam, Fusion 360** , or similar

    + Solid understanding of CNC machine operations, tooling, and machining best practices

    + Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
