Job Title: Electrician** **Job Description
As an electrician, you will lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals and success. You will coordinate with owners and manufacturing representatives to test, troubleshoot, and commission 480 V power distribution equipment. You will also configure, modify, and repair electrical systems for plant production.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and inspire a team to contribute towards project success.
+ Coordinate with owners and manufacturing representatives for testing and commissioning 480 V power distribution equipment.
+ Test, configure parameters, and modify electrical systems for plant production.
+ Troubleshoot and repair 480V and 120V panels, including power wiring, control wiring, PLCs, relays, and power supplies.
+ Maintain safety standards and participate actively in the behavior-based safety program.
+ Build productive relationships with onsite client representatives and allied trades.
+ Demonstrate comprehensive electrical and construction knowledge.
Essential Skills
+ Experience working with low-voltage power distribution electrical systems.
+ Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and manuals.
+ Ability to identify issues and repair equipment.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in service, maintenance, and installation of new equipment.
+ State-issued journeyman electrician's license in OR or WA.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Desire and experience in on-site industrial electrical projects.
+ Ability to be part of building a team and a culture.
+ Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, service, conduit, repair, wiring, construction, and installation.

Work Environment
Work in diverse settings including data centers, industrial environments, commercial construction, and new builds. Expect varying start times, break times, and work hours per site and project stage. Employees work more than 40 hours per week but no more than 60, with occasional weekend work as required, all while prioritizing safety.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
