Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire
$38–$48/hr (DOE) • Company Vehicle Day 1 • Leadership Growth Path
**We’re hiring a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician** to join a highly reputable commercial property group supporting 12 properties within a 20‑minute radius of the Roseville / St. Paul area. This is a **full‑time, direct‑hire opportunity** with excellent benefits, long‑term stability, and a clear path to mentorship and leadership roles.

What You'll Do
As a Mobile Facilities Technician, you'll help maintain a high‑quality experience for tenants across healthcare, dental, chiropractic, and general commercial spaces—about **1 million sq. ft.** of facilities.
Your work will include:
+ Preventative maintenance and general repairs
+ Light handyman tasks: fixtures, bulbs, ceiling tiles, doors, etc.
+ Basic construction & finish work: painting, patching, light carpentry
+ Working hands-on with **HVAC, plumbing, electrical** systems
+ Operating **BAS (Niagara)** and building MEP systems
+ Supporting tenant improvements and ensuring top‑tier service
+ Participating in an on‑call rotation (with 5–6 other technicians)
What You Bring
+ **Special Boiler’s License (Required)**
+ **5+ years of experience in HVAC service**
+ **EPA Universal Certification** (preferred but not required)
+ **1+ year of facilities maintenance experience**
+ **Strong customer service mindset — 90% tenant occupancy means daily interaction**
+ **Ability to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and work independently**

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Oakdale, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
100% Premium health insurance / 50% family
$1000 HSA/year, 3% 401K match (simple and roth)
PTO/7 paid holidays, dental/vision; short/long-term disability

This is a fully onsite position in Oakdale,MN.
