    Job Title: Molding Operator

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic and growing company as a Molding Operator, where you will be instrumental in producing silicone rubber implantable medical device components. This role requires working in a GMP clean room environment and involves handling small parts and inventory.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate molds, presses, and equipment to produce medical device components.

    + Perform quality checks and inspections of parts to ensure high standards.

    + Troubleshoot and maintain molding machines and other equipment.

    + Use small hand tools and microscopes for detailed work.

    + Label and assemble components as needed.

    + Communicate effectively with team leads to address any issues.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-3 years of experience in production, general labor, or material handling.

    + Comfortable working in a GMP clean room environment.

    + Experience with small parts or inventory management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in the medical device industry.

    + Familiarity with GMP standards.

    + Experience using microscopes and small hand tools.

    + Experience with molding operations, brake press, or other machine operations.

    + Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

    + Strong work ethic and good job tenure.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnshire, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.95/hr.
