Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Production Workers to join our team in Manassas, VA. This role involves working within the Quality Assurance department, where you will be responsible for managing pallets, sorting and organizing products, and accurately recording necessary data. This is a full-time position requiring commitment from Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Work through pallets efficiently and ensure accurate sorting and organization of products.

+ Record data meticulously as part of the quality assurance process.

+ Maintain attention to detail while performing production tasks.

+ Adhere to cleanliness and organizational standards in a cleanroom environment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production and general labor.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).

+ Proficiency in packaging and handling tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with a manufacturing environment and cleanroom protocols.

+ Comfortable working in a structured cleanroom with full PPE requirements.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment where full personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including gown, gloves, and shoe covers. Jewelry is not permitted. The standard work schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas Park, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
