Hiring Production Operators

We are seeking reliable, safety‑focused Downstream Operators to join our manufacturing team in Casper, Wyoming. This position plays a key role in producing high‑quality conduit products used in critical infrastructure across the country. If you enjoy hands‑on work, operating machinery, and being part of a team that values precision and consistency, this is a great opportunity.

**Pay:** $18/hr

**Shifts:** 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule

+ 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate downstream equipment including cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machinery

+ Monitor product quality and ensure all materials meet Dura-Line specifications

+ Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment

+ Maintain accurate production and quality records

+ Assist with line changeovers and setup

+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

+ Communicate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and team members

What We’re Looking For:

+ Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotation (including every other weekend)

+ Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

+ Mechanical aptitude or prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, WY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
