    Job Title: Construction Helper / Assembler

    Job Description

    We are looking for reliable **Construction Helpers / Assemblers** with strong hands‑on skills to join our team. This role involves assembling pre‑cut aluminum frames and assisting with material handling at both the warehouse and job sites. Candidates **must have experience using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures** .

     

    This is an excellent long‑term opportunity for individuals with construction, general labor, or assembly experience who want steady hours and growth potential.

     

    •Responsibilities

    + Assemble pre-cut aluminum frames using hand tools, power tools, and fasteners.

    + Accurately read and interpret a tape measure for assembly tasks.

    + Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks.

    + Work alongside the crew to prepare framing for shipment.

    + Travel with teammates to various job sites to help load, assemble, and install glass and products.

    + Perform general labor duties as needed.

    Essential Requirements (MUST HAVE)

    + ✔ **Experience using hand tools** (hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)

    + ✔ **Experience using power tools** (drills, impact drivers, saws, etc.)

    + ✔ **Ability to read a tape measure accurately**

    + ✔ Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently

    + ✔ Comfortable working in a warehouse and on active construction sites

    Preferred Experience

    + General labor or construction experience

    + Assembly or mechanical assembly experience

    + Experience working outdoors or in non‑climate‑controlled environments

    Work Environment & Schedule

    + Non‑climate‑controlled warehouse + active construction sites

    + Monday–Friday: **7:00 AM – 3:30 PM**

    + Optional Saturday overtime (8‑hour shift available)

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
