    Join a dynamic team to manage and oversee multiple small interior renovation projects within a single building at Fort Belvoir. This role involves the renovation of conference rooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and several offices, requiring supervision over ten subcontractors. The position demands the ability to review the scope of work, uphold quality standards, and effectively communicate project progress in meetings.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the project.

    + Review and uphold quality standards of the project.

    + Communicate progress of work in meetings.

    + Supervise and coordinate with ten subcontractors.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience as a superintendent.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    + QCM certification.

    + EM385-1-1 certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + First Aid/CPR certification.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft software.

    + Ability to type RFIs and email subcontractors and clients.

    Work Environment

    The work is conducted on-site at the Defense Threat office at Fort Belvoir. The role is part of a growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) that is expanding its operations through new joint venture contracts. The environment is collaborative and focused on quality and growth.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Belvoir, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
