    Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to travel to customer sites within the Dayton area. The role involves performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations for industrial and commercial companies. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and installing new racking, dock doors, and conveyors.

    Responsibilities

    + Travel to customer sites within the Dayton area to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including chains, bearings, motors, drive systems, sprockets, and gears.

    + Perform low voltage wiring and control panel troubleshooting up to 220v.

    + Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repair work.

    + Execute welding and fabrication tasks as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics.

    + 2+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairing panels and other components up to 220v.

    + Experience with hand tools and mechanical installation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1+ year of experience with 480v electrical systems.

    + 1+ year of experience in welding or fabrication.

    Work Environment

    Work environment varies by customer site. Most facilities are non-climate controlled. Collaborate with Maintenance Managers and other plant managers.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Dayton, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
