    Job Title: CNC Machinist

    Job Description

    The CNC Machinist is responsible for programming, setting up, and machining parts according to drawings and instructions. The Machinist is expected to produce high-quality parts that meet print specifications and adhere to time standards established by the Machining Lead, as documented in the computer system. The position operates on the first shift from 7am to 3pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

    Responsibilities

    + Program, set-up, and operate machines to manufacture parts as per print specifications.

    + Inspect parts to ensure correctness and document inspection results when necessary.

    + Process parts from staging or work areas to appropriate next steps according to routing instructions.

    + Identify opportunities to improve quality and productivity.

    + Collaborate with the team to implement improvements.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of experience setting up CNC Lathes.

    + Experience editing g-codes using Fanuc control.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + CNC mill machining experience.

    + Experience with manual machinery including mills and lathes.

    + Fabrication experience using manual machines.

    + Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $34.50/hr.
