Hiring Warehouse Associates - Henderson, CO

We’re seeking a reliable and adaptable Warehouse Worker to join our team supporting the production of compression systems for the oil and gas industry. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys working across multiple warehouse functions.

**Schedule:** 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM

**Pay** : $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr (DOE)

Job Responsibilities:

+ Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory integrity

+ Unload trucks and manage all shipping and receiving activities

+ Use Epicor (ERP) to track and update inventory data

+ Support various warehouse operations beyond a single department

+ Track item locations using the internal MTR system

Skills & Experience:

+ Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control

+ Strong proficiency with ERP systems

+ Experience operating sit‑down forklifts (electric, propane, or diesel)

+ Experience with steel and pipe (checking heat numbers. checking dimensions, etc.) is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
