    Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspector to support our production team in Bonita Springs, FL. The role involves ensuring all products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. This position involves inspections at multiple stages of production, identifying quality concerns, documenting non-conformances, and helping maintain compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment. Training will be provided on relevant standards and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal company standards and product specifications.

    + Perform visual, functional, and dimensional inspections at all stages of production.

    + Clearly and promptly communicate any quality or compliance concerns.

    + Correct or escalate quality issues in accordance with established procedures.

    + Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    + Create and document Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs).

    + Support production needs by performing other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools, including calipers, ID/OD micrometers, depth gauges, and indicators.

    + Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).

    + Familiarity with ISO and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 requirements (training provided).

    + Strong basic math and applied math skills (geometry, algebra, material calculations).

    + Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently to meet quality and customer goals.

    + Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    + Adaptability to changing production demands and environments.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and processes.

    + Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and decision-making abilities.

    + Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Experience in quality inspection, quality control, and quality assurance.

    + Knowledge of medical manufacturing and machining.

    + Proficiency in using computer systems and CMM.

    Work Environment

    Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Emphasis is placed on safety and precision, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bonita Springs, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
