We’re looking for motivated **Production Operators** who are ready to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and start **immediately** . If you love building skills, taking on new challenges, and joining a company that values advancement—this role is for you!

•** **What You’ll Be Doing

+ Pre‑label bags and feed them into the bagger

+ Operate and understand the software of the bagger system

+ Perform light machine maintenance

+ Ensure filled bags meet sealing & weight standards

+ Operate panning machines, extrusion lines, crunch lines, or packaging equipment

+ Mix, batch, pan, and pack products

+ Lift up to **50 lbs** regularly

+ Verify correct box labeling & proper placement

+ Measure and weigh product into pre‑made boxes with liners

•** **What You Bring

Essential Skills

+ Experience in packing, palletizing, visual inspection, machine operation, or blending

+ Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs

+ Strong drive to advance within the company

Preferred

+ 6+ months of manufacturing experience

+ Food manufacturing experience is a **big plus!**

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
