    Job Description

    A manufacturer in the Indianapolis area is seeking dedicated Cleanroom Assemblers to join their team across multiple shifts. The role involves the assembly of both simple and complex devices in a highly-regulated cleanroom environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble simple and complex devices with precision.

    + Operate automated assembly equipment efficiently.

    + Record and document both final and in-process procedures accurately.

    + Package and label the final product following detailed instructions.

    + Read and comprehend work procedures and assembly drawings regularly.

    + Verify product integrity using checklists.

    + Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in assembly and production processes.

    + Experience as a Production Assembler or in hand assembly.

    + Competence in using hand and power tools.

    + Familiarity with mechanical assembly, wiring, and soldering.

    + Capability to work on an assembly line with attention to detail.

    Available Shifts & Pay

    + 1st shift: 7:00AM to 3:00PM (Monday through Friday) - $18

    + 2nd shift: 3:00PM to 11:00PM (Monday through Friday) - $19.75

    + 3rd shift: 11:00PM to 7:00AM (Sunday through Thursday) - $19.75

    + ** Will be training on 1st shift for up to 2 weeks. **

    Work Environment

     

    This position is in a cleanroom environment, which requires adherence to strict regulations. Due to the nature of the products being manufactured, a high level of attention to detail and thorough documentation is essential.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
