    Job Title: Robotic Welder Operator** **Job Description

     

    Join our team as a Robotic Welder Operator on the first shift, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4:30 PM. Located in Salem, OH, you will be responsible for operating robotic weld machines and gaining exposure to MIG welding, while utilizing hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and logging production data.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate robotic weld machines efficiently.

    + Gain exposure and experience with MIG welding.

    + Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects.

    + Utilize hand and power tools in the welding process.

    + Log and maintain accurate production records.

    Essential Skills

    + Basic exposure to welding.

    + Experience in manufacturing or Trade School certifications.

    + Mechanical aptitude.

    + Proficiency with hand, measurement, and power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must pass a hair follicle drug test.

    + Ability to pass a lifetime background check.

    + Experience with robotic welding, aluminum, steel, and CNC operations is a plus.

    Work Environment

    Work in a family-owned metal fabrication business with a legacy of quality and innovation since 1942. Operate within 400,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities across seven locations. The company focuses on quality and invests in the latest industry technologies, offering a complete end-to-end metal fabrication process. The team is composed of skilled welders, machine operators, and engineers. The first shift operates from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, and the second shift runs from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
