Job Description

The Production Technician role is an entry-level position in electronics manufacturing, focusing on performing essential production tasks, operating equipment, and supporting routine technical activities. This position involves setting up and maintaining manufacturing and test equipment, following standard operating procedures, troubleshooting simple issues, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and maintain manufacturing and test equipment.

+ Operate equipment and perform basic production tasks.

+ Support routine technical activities.

+ Follow standard operating procedures.

+ Troubleshoot simple issues.

+ Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ year of experience working with PCBA circuit boards.

+ Experience with repair and test of circuit boards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Proficiency in PCBA, electrical testing, and electrical repair.

+ Ability to perform component repair and rework.

+ Understanding of schematics.

Work Environment

Work a consistent first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM. The environment is focused on electronics manufacturing, requiring the use of technical equipment and adherence to safety standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
