    2nd Shift Warehouse Worker

    Position Overview

    We are seeking dependable and hardworking **Warehouse Associates** to join our team in Sterling, VA. This role is ideal for individuals with prior warehouse experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Safely and efficiently unload and load goods.

    + Operate forklifts to move and organize inventory as required.

    + Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper organization within the warehouse.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    + Proven experience in a warehouse setting.

    + Proficiency in operating forklifts (certification preferred).

    + Ability to perform loading and unloading tasks effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience in inventory management.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

    Work Schedule & Environment

    + **Shift:** 2nd Shift – 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM (flexibility required)

    + Occasional Saturday work as needed

    + A dynamic food manufacturing environment requiring adherence to safety and operational protocols

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dulles, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
