About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Assembler** to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in precision-built components. In this role, you’ll work with mechanical parts and specialized tools to build, inspect, and refine assemblies that meet strict quality and performance standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and wants a long-term career path in manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
+ Assemble small to medium-sized mechanical components with a high level of accuracy
+ Operate light production equipment such as presses, scanners, and magnetic systems
+ Measure and inspect parts using precision tools (calipers, gauges, indicators, micrometers)
+ Fit, adjust, repair, and rework assemblies to meet specifications
+ Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
+ Maintain quality standards while handling delicate and magnetized components
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
+ Experience in mechanical or small parts assembly
+ Comfortable using hand and power tools
+ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
+ Basic math skills and accurate ruler reading
Preferred Experience
+ Use of micrometers and calipers
+ Experience in precision or mechanical assembly environments

Shift Options
1st Shift:
+ Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
+ Friday: 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
