    Job Description:

    We’re hiring an experienced **Journeyman Plumber** to support HVAC and plumbing installations on a major commercial fit‑out project in Baltimore. This is a **prevailing‑wage job paying up to $54/hr** , with strong long‑term growth potential.

    What You’ll Do

    + Install and maintain commercial plumbing and HVAC systems

    + Work from drawings, specs, and schematics

    + Collaborate with project managers and field teams

    + Lead, train, and support apprentices

    + Maintain a safe, professional work environment

    + Build strong customer relationships on-site

    What We’re Looking For

    + **5–10 years** of commercial plumbing experience

    + Ability to read and interpret construction documents

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + Reliable, flexible, and professional

    + Able to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment

    + **Active Maryland Journeyman Plumber License required**

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Upper Marlboro, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
