Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling turbocharger components and related parts in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role involves material movement, placing parts in fixtures, handling parts, and performing inspections.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble turbocharger components and subassemblies according to manufacturing and work instructions.

+ Use hand tools, power tools, and wrenches to perform assembly tasks accurately.

+ Operate basic machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Rotate every 3 hours to different assembly stations after breaks.

+ Lift parts in or out of machines and align nuts/bolts using electric tools.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Experience in production line assembly.

+ Ability to read and follow basic instructions.

+ Capability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Proven ability to follow processes and maintain good job tenure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical work preferred.

+ Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
