Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Shift: Need to be flexible to all shifts!

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and support the preventative maintenance program at our local facility. This role requires coordination of maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime while maintaining safe work practices. The Maintenance Manager will diagnose malfunctioning systems, provide technical support to facility maintenance personnel, and maintain and monitor the PDM system. This position involves executing CAPEX projects, directing maintenance employees, managing multiple projects, and training and developing maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

+ Support the preventative maintenance program at the facility.

+ Coordinate maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime while ensuring safety.

+ Diagnose malfunctioning systems and provide technical support.

+ Maintain and monitor the PDM system, including troubleshooting, software updates, and hardware installations.

+ Provide equipment analysis and recommend courses of action for efficient machine operation.

+ Execute CAPEX projects and initiatives within approved budgets and timelines.

+ Direct and support maintenance employees in equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.

+ Manage and direct multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Monitor machine downtime.

+ Train and develop maintenance personnel.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 10+ years of maintenance experience in a high-volume production, agricultural, or distribution facility.

+ Maintenance management and preventive maintenance expertise.

+ Safety program management experience.

+ Experience working in high-volume 24-hour production/warehouse environments.

+ Ability to develop and manage project plans with budget considerations.

+ Demonstrated aptitude in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 4-year college degree preferred.

+ Experience in automation is a plus.

+ Process development experience with a proven record of operational success.

+ Documented OSHA safety training and/or accreditation strongly preferred.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Proven planning and organizational skills.

+ Familiarity with applicable federal and state laws regarding wage, hour, employee relations, and safety.

+ Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment

The work environment is a 226K sqft climate-controlled facility, requiring flexibility in schedules and hours. The role oversees 12 technicians across 3 shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a high-volume 24-hour production/warehouse setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Mcdonough, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
