    Job Title: HVAC Technician

    Job Description

    Join our team as an HVAC Technician, specializing in service and maintenance for a variety of units including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Trane, and Carrier. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance of package units, multi-split units, and ductless systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems including package units, split systems, and cooling towers.

    + Perform troubleshooting, repair, and mechanical field service for HVAC and refrigeration systems.

    + Replace filters and coils, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems.

    + Collaborate with lead technicians and follow up on service calls throughout the five boroughs of NYC.

    + Adhere to safety standards and protocols during installations and repairs.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in HVAC service and preventative maintenance.

    + Proficiency with HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and ductless units.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

    + EPA 608 certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    + SST 10 certification.

    + Experience with troubleshooting and repair tasks.

    Work Environment

     

    Work on both commercial and residential projects across all five boroughs of NYC. Start your day early, between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, meeting at the shop or directly on site. Engage in learning and development on the job with support from experienced lead technicians.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodside, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
