Job Title: Shipping Specialist

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Shipping Specialist to package, label, and ship products accurately. This role is perfect for someone who stays organized, pays attention to detail, and keeps warehouse operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

+ Package, label, and ship products

+ Prepare bills of lading and check shipments against packing slips

+ Operate a forklift to load/unload shipments

+ Enter shipment data (weights, charges, discrepancies)

+ Help maintain inventory accuracy

+ Keep a clean, safe workspace

+ Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

+ Experience with packing, picking, shipping, or receiving

+ Ability to verify shipment details and maintain accurate records

+ Data entry skills

+ Experience preparing bills of lading

+ Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

+ Forklift experience or willingness to train

+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)

+ UPS WorldShip or Clipper ship experience

+ Good communication skills

+ Able to work overtime when needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
