    Job Title: Laborer** **Job Description

     

    Join our team as a Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in the refurbishing and cleaning of aluminum formwork. Your tasks will include using hammers to knock off excess cement, performing quality checks on aluminum forms, spray painting, bundling, and loading forms onto trucks.

    Responsibilities

    + Refurbish and clean aluminum formwork.

    + Use hammers to remove excess cement.

    + Perform quality checks on aluminum forms.

    + Spray paint and bundle forms.

    + Load forms onto trucks.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction.

    + Proficiency with hand tools.

    + Ability to perform manual labor.

    + Capability to lift 50 pounds.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in landscaping, concrete, and carpentry.

    + Familiarity with power tools.

    Work Environment

    You will be part of a small team of 35 individuals working in the yard. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and T-shirts, while cut-off T-shirts are not permitted. The work schedule is 1st shift, from 6am to 4:30pm.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nazareth, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
