Job Title: General Laborer $16.50-20/hr (Weelly Pay)

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast‑paced industrial environment. As a General Laborer, you will support daily production through assembly tasks, material handling, and other general labor duties. The position offers both **day and night shifts** , with **regular overtime opportunities** for those looking to maximize their earnings.

Responsibilities

+ Perform assembly tasks according to production guidelines and safety standards.

+ Support general labor operations including material handling, staging, and line support.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.

+ Follow all safety procedures and communicate any issues to supervisors.

Essential Skills

+ At least 6 months of general labor, warehouse, or industrial experience.

+ Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 8–10 hours per shift.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments is a plus.

+ Familiarity with basic hand tools or power tools.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oakdale, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
