Description We are looking for an entry-level Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Pico Rivera, California. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking a career in accounting and eager to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable processes. Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and compliance with company policies.

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

• Reconcile accounts to verify payment accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare and execute check runs in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address invoice-related inquiries.

• Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation for auditing purposes.

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle to manage workflows.

• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities as needed.

• Ensure adherence to financial controls and procedures to maintain accuracy.

• Provide additional administrative support to the accounting department as required. Requirements • Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a light workflow environment.

• Excellent communication skills for vendor and team interaction.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting tools and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in accounting is a plus.

• Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting is preferred but not required.
