Description We are looking for a skilled Construction Contracts Manager to join our team in Rocklin, California. This role requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who can manage contract processes, provide strategic guidance, and ensure risk mitigation throughout project lifecycles. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for pursuing and securing business opportunities, including profitability analysis.

• Oversee the contracting process from bid phase to project execution, ensuring proper documentation, training, and tracking of key contract terms.

• Maintain organized drafts and archives of contracts, ensuring accessibility and compliance.

• Offer strategic guidance to internal teams on contract-related initiatives and objectives.

• Lead negotiations by developing strategies and coordinating with teams on complex contractual matters.

• Assist in creating and implementing new contract templates, policies, and streamlined processes.

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support decision-making by senior management.

• Participate in project reviews, supporting execution, profitability, and compliance with contract obligations.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks while developing strategies to address potential challenges.

• Provide expert advice on risk management and contribute to the development of lessons learned to improve future project outcomes. Requirements • Strong expertise in commercial contracts, contract negotiation, and contract management.

• Proven experience in drafting, redlining, and administering contracts within the construction industry.

• In-depth knowledge of construction law and related regulations.

• Ability to analyze project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Excellent organizational skills to maintain detailed records and ensure accessibility of contract documents.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in preparing reports and documentation for executive-level decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to support project profitability and compliance through strategic contract management.
