Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This candidate will oversee comprehensive accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial processes. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment managing multiple entities and contributing to the organization's financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all aspects of full charge bookkeeping, including preparing financial statements and reports.

• Utilize accounting software's to handle daily accounting tasks and ensure data accuracy.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with bank statements.

• Manage payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy across multiple entities.

• Oversee financial transactions for multiple entities, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

• Identify discrepancies in financial records and resolve them promptly to maintain accuracy.

• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting workflows and processes.

• Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and company policies in all financial activities.

• Provide support for audits and other financial reviews as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in accounting software.

• Hands-on experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Expertise in performing bank reconciliations with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage payroll operations for multiple entities.

• Strong organizational skills to handle financial tasks across multiple entities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

• Familiarity with accounting regulations and compliance standards.
