    Description

    As an HR Coordinator, you’ll handle a variety of HR administrative tasks and provide first-line support to employees and managers. Your focus will be on recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and corresponding with candidates

    + Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation

    + Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS data

    + Administer employee benefits and support open enrollment

    + Help manage HR compliance and reporting requirements

    + Address employee inquiries and support HR-related projects

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years of experience in human resources or administrative support

    + Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws

    + Experience with HRIS platforms strongly preferred

    + Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality standards

    + Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
