    Key Responsibilities:

    + Administer day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, and personnel records management

    + Advise staff and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

    + Support recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives

    + Support employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement activities

    + Coordinate training, development programs, and compliance-related initiatives

    + Maintain HRIS and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information

    + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations

    + Assist with payroll and leave administration

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    + 2+ years of HR generalist or related experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment

    + Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

    + Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

    + Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite

    + Commitment to DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) principles
