We are looking for a dedicated Contracts Administrator to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

• Lead contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and partners to achieve favorable terms.

• Oversee calls for bids, including preparing documentation and evaluating proposals.

• Analyze and establish contract pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

• Monitor contract compliance and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align contract terms with business objectives.

• Maintain detailed records of contracts and related documents for audit and tracking purposes.

• Provide guidance and support on contract-related matters to stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and incorporate changes into contract processes as needed.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract administration workflows.

Requirements • Proven experience in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements.

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing beneficial contract terms.

• Familiarity with calls for bids processes and proposal evaluation.

• Expertise in contract pricing strategies and financial analysis.

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to contracts in the retail industry.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
