Description We are looking for a motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in El Segundo, California. This position involves supporting daily financial operations, including cash handling, payables, and guest service inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with cash application and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate financial records.

• Support accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and timely payments.

• Handle guest service calls, addressing inquiries related to billing and payments with professionalism.

• Post account adjustments and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

• Investigate discrepancies in financial data and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain adherence to established accounting procedures and company policies.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.

• Utilize accounting software tools, such as QuickBooks, to manage and process financial data. Requirements • Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and financial reconciliation.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work onsite in El Segundo, California, and maintain a consistent work schedule.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of financial principles and procedures.
