• Part Time Tenant Manager

    Description

    This part-time position is ideal for a reliable and personable professional interested in managing tenant needs and day-to-day activities within an affordable housing community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Act as the primary contact for tenants, handling service requests and inquiries

    + Process rent payments and reminders

    + Schedule and monitor maintenance and repairs

    + Support leasing and move-in processes as needed

    + Maintain accurate tenant records and documentation

    + Assist with on-site inspections and compliance reviews

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Experience in property management, leasing, or affordable housing (preferred)

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and multitask

    + Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)

    + Familiarity with property management software is a plus
