    Robert Half Office Team (El Paso, TX)


    Description

    We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will play a key part in providing excellent customer support while generating leads for business solutions. This is a contract position, offering an initial three-month contract with the potential for ongoing employment based on performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete a mandatory one-week training program to familiarize yourself with processes and tools.

    • Manage high volumes of outbound calls daily, reaching over 300 contacts to insurance and mortgage companies.

    • Follow scripted communication to effectively engage with clients and meet lead generation goals.

    • Utilize a wired internet connection to ensure seamless connectivity during work hours.

    • Adhere to scheduled work hours, including one hour lunch breaks and two 15-minute breaks, Monday through Friday.

     

    Requirements • Own a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a headset and ethernet cable.

     

    • Maintain a strong and stable internet connection using a wired setup.

    • Demonstrate the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently and professionally.

    • Pass required background checks and internet connectivity tests before starting.
