Job Summary and Responsibilities

+ Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients: Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation

+ Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.

+ Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately.

+ Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader.

+ Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings.

+ Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs.

Job Requirements

Required

+ Associate Of Nursing ADN -Associate Degree in Nursing

+ Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience

+ Registered Nurse: CA

+ Basic Life Support - CPR- BLS, within 30 Days of employment

Preferred

+ BSN

+ 2 years or greater recent periop experience as circulating and/or scrubbing RN or clinical nursing in Tele, CCU or ED.

+ Experience as RN in CVOR, Ortho, Neuro, General, Robotics, GYN, Advanced Endoscopy, Hybrid procedures andurology highly preferred.

Pay Range

$48.43 - $72.26 /hour
