Description
We are looking for an experienced Organizational Design Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to optimize organizational structures, strategies, and processes with a focus on driving efficiency and innovation. This is a long-term contract position within the Software industry, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects that align organizational goals with cutting-edge AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Lead organizational design projects, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and execute transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement organizational planning processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive strategic organizational changes to support growth and innovation.
• Oversee the integration of AI platforms, products, and infrastructure into organizational frameworks.
• Analyze and address structural challenges within the organization to improve functionality.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and align stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on organizational transformation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Utilize project management methodologies to manage resources effectively and achieve goals.
Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational design or related fields.
• Proven expertise in project management across cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of organizational planning, strategy, and transformation.
• Experience with AI platforms, infrastructure, and software.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with designing and implementing organizational frameworks.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
