    Description

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our organization, providing effective and empathetic support to clients via phone, email, and chat.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

    + Document customer interactions in CRM software

    + Provide product/service information to customers

    + Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

    + Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

    + Identify opportunities for process improvement

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role preferred

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism

    + Proficient with CRM software and basic computer systems

    + Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
