    Description

    A well-established organization in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting initiatives across multiple business units. This role is designed for an early-career finance professional who is eager to deepen analytical skills, gain exposure to executive-level decision-making, and build a strong foundation in corporate finance. You will work closely with senior finance leadership to transform data into actionable insights that support operational efficiency and long-term growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses

    + Analyze revenue trends, expense patterns, and operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities

    + Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including data gathering and model updates

    + Maintain and enhance Excel-based financial models and dashboards

    + Assist with cash flow tracking and working capital analysis

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and leadership teams

    + Prepare presentation materials and summaries for management review

    + Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

    + 1–2 years of financial analysis, accounting, or relevant internship experience

    + Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

    + Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

    + Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly

    + Experience with ERP or financial reporting systems is a plus
