    **How You’ll Work** :

    **Location** : 7310 Innovation Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46818

    **Hours** : Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 4:30 pm)

    **Compensation** : This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the hourly wage the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $20 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location

    About the Role:

    The Accounting Services Coordinator manages financial information and ensures its accuracy through recording, reporting, and analysis of financial transactions. This role supports the organization's financial health through budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and decision-making support. They also oversee tax compliance, cash and risk management, and investments. By providing insights into financial health, finance/accounting helps guide decision-making, resource allocation, and the organization’s growth and success.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Proficient in interpreting tariffs and managing commission structures for accessorial charges.

    + Skilled in administering compensation processes related to APU, CCD, setoffs, and hauling activities.

    + Experienced in resolving commission inquiries from agents and logistics coordinators, as well as executing special compensation adjustments and chargebacks in accordance with company policies.

    + Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and related tools

    + Ability to review intermediate-level financial transactions

    + Provide strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders

    + Work effectively with cross-functional teams

    + Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

    + Assist with building-wide administrative tasks as needed

    + Maintain regular and reliable attendance while performing other duties as assigned to support team and business needs.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Effective communication and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work well both independently and within a team

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Associates degree

    + Experience in accounting support or financial coordination
