+ Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to design leads with clarity.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in responsive Web-based UX, UI or blended UX/UI design, including 1-year leading design projects.

+ A strong portfolio of 5+ years delivering digital solutions, including examples of mobile web, desktop, native app and other digital experiences.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ Experience in designing based on enterprise and/or 3rd party design systems.

+ Advanced proficiency with Figma design, collaboration, and delivery.

+ Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design, and able to collaborate with inclusive designers to arrive at accessible solutions.

+ Ability to communicate user needs (e.g. storytelling, leveraging data) and demonstrate how proposed designs solve those needs to internal team and senior partners.

+ Knowledge of Web technologies, and awareness of how technical restraints can influence design choices.

+ Foundational characteristics include empathy, creative problem-solving, comfort with uncertainty, collaboration, iteration, communication skills, excellent technical design skills, and curiosity.

+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
